I haven't tried out the Linux version of Opera 10 yet, but the Windows version 10 is noticeably faster at rendering web pages, than the previous version.

This is very nice, since previous versions of Opera, were already very fast at rendering web pages.

I could do a short demo of Linux Opera at the Nov PLUG meeting, if needed, and if the weather co-operates so that I can attend the meeting.

Thanks for letting us know, Bill! And sounds like a good demo. You could show us what features you like about Opera generally as well as new stuff.

One really neat feature is the right click-and-hold on the mouse, and move the mouse left to go back a browser page, or right and go forward!

Yeah I love mouse gestures now that I've gotten used to it. I use it in Firefox (FireGestures extension) but I miss it whenever I use somebody else's computer.

Added Firegestures to Firefox. Nice. So far use only the page back/forward.
