I remember once showing TuxRacer during one of my presentations and being floored by the number of people who had never seen it! And most thought it was really good.
There are all kinds of games free in most Linux distros, and a demonstration of a few of them would be entertaining if not necessarily educational.
Super TuxKart is an amazing game, as is the latest version of our Tux skiing down a slope. But there are dozens of games, including a highly graphical mini-putt game (NeverBall and NeverPutt), chess, Sudoko, Frozen Bubble......
Seems like an idea.
